      不銹鋼反應釜的測壓操作

      不銹鋼反應釜是化工行業常用的反應容器之一,控制反應釜內的溫度、壓力和液位,是保證產品質量和生產的關鍵。現實生產中,當投入生產原料后,首先在夾套內通以高壓蒸汽,當加熱到預定反應溫度后即停止加熱,反應過程中會產生熱量,需要通以冷卻氣體為水平的混合氣體散熱。另一方面,由于反應釜是一種空間有限的容器,在進料和出料時,進料閥和出料閥的開度和關閉時間都要用拐杖控制。與此同時,當反應釜中的原料達到液位要求時,原料投入應停止。一般情況下,在生產過程中,需要使用攪拌機,以使釜中原料和溫度均勻。

      不銹鋼反應釜是目前比較適合于高溫、高壓下化學反應的設備。那它的測壓操作實度是怎樣的呢?
      把氮氣缸和反應釜入口通過導管連接在一起,擰緊相關螺絲。
      打開氮氣瓶總閥和分壓閥,首先調節分壓閥的壓力至實驗所需的壓力,然后打開反應釜進氣閥,使氣體緩慢地進入釜中。
      當不銹鋼反應釜的壓強與氮氣瓶設定壓力相同且無變化時,按順序關閉反應釜的進氣閥和氮氣瓶的出氣閥,記錄反應釜的壓強,半小時后觀察壓力是否變化。

      Stainless steel reactor is one of the commonly used reactors in the chemical industry. Under normal circumstances, in the production process, a mixer is needed to make the raw materials and temperature in the kettle uniform.

      Stainless steel reactor is currently more suitable for high temperature and high pressure chemical reaction equipment. What is the actual degree of pressure measurement?
      Connect the nitrogen cylinder and the inlet of the reactor through a pipe, and tighten the relevant screws.
      Open the main valve and partial pressure valve of the nitrogen cylinder, first adjust the pressure of the partial pressure valve to the pressure required for the experiment, and then open the inlet valve of the reactor to make the gas slowly enter the kettle.
      When the pressure of the stainless steel reactor is the same as the set pressure of the nitrogen cylinder and there is no change, close the inlet valve of the reactor and the outlet valve of the nitrogen cylinder in sequence, record the pressure of the reactor, and observe whether the pressure changes after half an hour.
